Lincoln Diocesan Mothers' Union is looking for a new Diocesan Treasurer.
This post is voluntary and is unpaid, but expenses involved with the work would be paid. The main duties, among others, are to work alongside the President, Secretary and Unit Co-ordinator as part of the Finance & Central Services Unit; to keep clear accounts; to consolidate all Branch, Deanery, Unit and Diocesan accounts and prepare schedules for the Auditor/Examiner; to submit accounts, balance sheet and Trustee Board's report to the Charity Commissioners; to ensure that a copy of the Audited accounts, Annual Report Annual Return and balance sheets are available for inspection by all members.
Mothers' Union is a worldwide movement of over four million members in 81 countries.
